It is finally time to release my newest pattern “An Easter Parade”!
The “An Easter Parade” set of paper piecing patterns contains 6 patterns: a cute bunny, a sweet little chick, a blooming daffodil and three different Easter Eggs.
The pattern is very versatile!
With the six blocks you can create an adorable tablerunner, a sweet wallhanging or cute mugrugs.
The Egg blocks are pretty simple (2 out of 5 stars)
The Chick is also of the same difficulty (2 out of 5)
The Bunny is intermediate (3 out 5)
The Daffodil is a bit more advanced because of the little pieces (4 out of 5)
I have had many testers helping me testing the 6 blocks!
Here are some of their pictures they shared with me!!!
See how Sheri used blue as a background instead of green? Inventive, right?! Sheri shares many tutorials on her blog.
And look at this cuty by Rumi! Rumi is a pattern designer too! She has a blog and an Etsy shop filled with wonderful paper piecing patterns!
The wonderful quilting wizard Doreen created this adorable mini! Look at FMQ! Isn’t it amazing? Her blog is very active and there are treasures to look at!
Not one, but TWO bunnies by Alida! I wanted to introduce you to Alida too. She is ALSO a pattern designer! Her blog is full of fabulous designs. I just adore all of these different modern fabrics, so cool!
Rosalee pieced this gorgeous daffodil!
Cindy made this yummy egg… I think there are more blocks to follow! 🙂
And look at this last one, made in record time by Susan. I just adore how the bows match the colour of the eggs and that they are all similar fabrics. Super cute!
ADORABLE!!!
I am so grateful for all of the help I received!
THANK YOU, TESTERS!!!
The set of 6 patterns is available in my Craftsy shop…NOW!
😉
Have a super sweet sunny Sunday!
Esther

What clever patterns and I love the fabric you have chosen for the Easter eggs, the designs are so like the coloured silver paper on real eggs. Thanks for visiting my blog ,
Kind regards,

Darling! I love seeing your designs.
Those are beautiful patterns. I added them to my wishlist. I really like how you can place them differently to create different pieces.
How nice to meet you!
I’m so glad to hear that you like the pattern! The pattern consists of 6 different blocks that can be combined however you like. The chick and the daffodil are 3×9″ blocks , the eggs and the bunny are all 6×9″ blocks. In my quilt examples I added small borders around the centre.
Hope you have a lovely day!
Esther

Yes, this is a special group of women! So glad that they wanted to help out!
The egss look good enough to eat and the chicks and bunny fluffy enough to hold. Perfect spring pattern and so creative.
Thank you Annie! I am glad that the pattern turned out this sweet!

I have to admit, that is the cutest little Easter goodie I’ve seen this year – in every fabric people used.
Thank you very much! I have to agree with you, ha ha! 😉
Last year around this time I had this idea, but waited with constructing the pattern until I had the right software. Using EQ7 made it so much quicker, although not easier.
Have a lovely day!

Esther, it’s adorable! Love that little chickie!
Thank you very much!
I really enjoyed using the new software and seeing how relatively quick it all came together.
Have a lovely Easter!
